is that leaders know better, know more,

and maybe even know everything. 

But in reality?

There’s really only one thing you need to know -

what you believe about those you lead.

It has far more impact on their potential

than your policies or your praise.

Indeed, what you believe about those you lead will determine the influence of your example, efficiency, and efforts.

In other words, it's much more about you than it is about them.
